Identify the "jar" - the most valuable thing you rely on (money, reputation, control, relationships) - and intentionally pour it out to Jesus through surrender, giving, or obedience. Expect criticism when you worship or obey radically; choose to please God rather than people. Don't hide from the "stages" God has given you to serve; God can and will use small acts of sacrificial faith for His glory.
