Grant Skeldon preaches from James about the "war within," the internal conflict when our desires are split between the world and God. Invite at least one trustworthy person to confess to and to pray with regularly; healing often happens in community. Practice spiritual disciplines that 'feed the spirit' and intentionally 'starve the flesh' - draw near to God through prayer, Scripture, and accountability so the Holy Spirit can transform you.
