When fear arises, name the 'what if' and consciously flip it by reminding yourself of God's promises. If the fear is a real possibility, face it by imagining the worst-case, bringing it to God in prayer, and asking what purpose God might have in it. Fight persistent, spiritual fears with prayer, community, and the truth of Scripture; move in small steps of faith rather than surrendering to hypotheticals.
